Shedd aquarium’s summer hours are 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week, from june 11 to august 20. winter hours are 9am - 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends. the best time to visit shedd aquarium is early in the morning on the weekdays, especially wednesday through friday.. It was our last day of summer vacation, so of course my daughter picked to go to the shedd aquarium. it is her favorite place in chicago, i'm sure..
